Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Have 2 or more years' experience in Implementation experience in HP Service Manager
- Have done at least 2 End to End implementations of Service Manager 7.x / Service Manager 9.x.
- Ability to understand customer business needs and converting them to Functional requirements.
- Knowledge in mapping the functional requirements to HP SM Processes.
- Experience in customer Interactions and Interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in Service Manager Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Configuration, SLM, SRC and Release Management processes.As Sales Manager Middle East, you will be responsible for managing the day to day commercial relationships with a varied customer base, from leading global hotel chain groups to regional independent hoteliers. You will focus on ensuring their product needs are consistently met through high standards of customer service and you will work with the customer base to grow our sales revenues through the introduction of new product ranges and maximising sales of existing product lines.

You will establish strong relationships with our customers through ensuring day to day account management issues are resolved and service levels are consistently delivered to a high standard.

In addition to working with existing accounts, you will also be highly proactive in generating new business with hotels which are not currently customers of Sysco Guest Supply. Developing new business is a key part of this role.

Reporting to the EMEA Managing Director and working closely with the UK based logistics team, you will be responsible for one member of staff based in Dubai and will act as the key point of contact for our Middle East customers.

Requirements

Your excellent commercial skills will be a given. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, both written and oral and possess excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills. Numerate and an experienced presenter both on a one to one level and to groups of senior executives, you will be able to build relationships quickly with customers at all levels.

Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate proven experience in the hospitality sector either working in a hotel group or delivering services/supplies to the sector. Exceptional candidates with a background in a related sector will also be considered. Previous experience of managing staff would also be an advantage.
