Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

My client a leading company established in the UAE for over 10 years requires a Sales Manager to manage a team of 5 sales account managers and develop new business within the UAE.

This role requires someone who will able to set KPI's, identify opportunities and work with the team to increase business. The company sells direct to businesses (B2B) and requires someone who has experience of selling direct in UAE for at least the past 4 years and the past 2 in a management position.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Experience of Strategic planning for team and self
Direct selling experience in UAE - not to consumer to businesses in UAE.
Management of small team
Excellent command of English
Based in UAE
