Job description / Role
Our client is a Leading Group of companies which deals into paints and chemicals has its name established not only in the UAE but making a mark in the entire GCC and even far off destinations in the gulf and African countries.
They are looking for a Sales Manager who will be required to sell their paint products and will be working for their office in Riyadh-Saudi Arabia and will be responsible to handle the team of sales people and get the job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and conducting performance appraisal on timely basis.
To be an ideal candidate for this role you must be form the paints industry background.
Salary - Up to SR 20000 + Medical
Requirements
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Implements general sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Completes general sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Prefer Arabic Nationality
