Employment: Full Time

Moran McKinley is looking for a Parts Sales Manager for one of our clients who are a multinational company with a well established name in the market.

This position is responsible and accountable for the increasing sales for the parts business. You should be personable, a problem solver, and a skilled leader. This position requires a technical understanding of the components of the machinery (previous experience in selling Parts for a construction equipment dealership or heavy equipment industry is a must.)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end to end Parts Sales Heavy/ Construction Equipment Division.
- Responsible for the revenue generation of Heavy / Construction Equipment Parts Division.
- Analyze and control expenditures of Parts Sales Heavy/ Construction Equipment to confirm to divisional budgetary requirements.
- Responsible for working with the Internal Manager in Analyzing tenders & contracts to track new projects.
- Responsible for improving the revenue generation of Parts Sales & setting new Standards.
- Develop Parts Sales Department operating plan that supports the divisional and corporate strategies and business plan.
- Effectively manage the Parts Sales plan through to completion while meeting all revenue targets and standards.
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and marketplace area and develop regional plans accordingly to prepare for opportunities and problem

Requirements

The attributes we seek include:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree or MBA highly regarded.
- 10+ years experience in Heavy Equipment Sales or Construction Equipment & Technical Knowledge
- Strong computer abilities in Microsoft Office.
- Only European or expats will be considered for this role.
