Job description / Role
Salary Up to Ds. 25,000/- + Benefits
Our client is looking for a field-based sales management professional with responsibilities to expand its business opportunities and deliver revenue in an assigned region and contribute to the company’s goals.
You will manage budgets and achieve overall business plan objectives, analyse sales and operations data and metrics and work in partnership with the marketing team to establish field sales implementation strategies and tactics that ensure proper product positioning. Create and develop the maximum profitable sales of all company products in the assigned sales territory through regular and aggressive coverage of all professional contacts and sales outlets. Build and maintain good will with the medical community, hospitals, other health centers, and sales outlets and make regular effective sales visits to all assigned physicians in the territory.
Requirements
Candidate must possess 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferably in nutritional supplement. Previous experience in corporate-office or other field based roles and product launch a plus. Excellent business acumen with the ability to effectively communicate to the internal team and external audience of healthcare professionals. Arabic language an added advantage.
