A leading Property Management company with operations throughout Africa are currently going through a period of rapid growth.
They are currently expanding their operations in Nigeria which has one of the fastest growing Property and Facilities markets in the world.

They are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join their team in Nigeria.
The responsibilities of the Sales Manager will include:

• Building relationships with existing clients, regular communications and winning repeat business
• Identifying business opportunities in the Commercial market space
• Building relationships with your colleagues
• Writing proposals and agreeing fee arrangements
• Managing a team of Corporate Sales advisors
• Strategic thinking and driving sales through strong management

Requirements

The successful Sales Manager will have the following background:
• A current understanding of the Commercial Property Market in Nigeria or other global emerging markets
• Technical knowledge of property as an investment class, corporate real estate, property development
• A record of success in Corporate Real Estate sales
• A desire to continue your career in Nigeria
