Sales Manager - Radio Communication / Telecom (2 nos)
3,000 - 3,650 pounds per month
Our client - A renowned Telecom Integrator seeks Sales Manager for both Dubai & Abu Dhabi locations.
Core functions:
* Collaborates with GM in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
* Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximise sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
* Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
Requirements
* Meeting sales goals, negotiation, selling to customer needs, motivation for sales, sales planning, building relationships, coaching, managing processes, market knowledge, developing budgets, staffing
* A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of five years of related sales experience in UAE market; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience
* Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information. Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team
* Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
* Candidates working at managerial level with team handling skill will be preferred
* Those with experience in establishing & handling Government Accounts will be considered for this role
* Candidates with expertise in selling Radio Communication & Security Systems in UAE will be an advantage
* English & Arabic both written and spoken must be excellent
* Valid UAE driver's license is a must
