Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a fast-growing developer based in Dubai. Due to their expanding portfolio of international projects our client is developing their sales function and looking to hire a Sales Manager.
Working with a flat structured and flexible team, you will deal with high net worth individuals, wealth managers and related institutions offering a rewarding investment opportunity. You will promote and close deals for their current project which is due for completion in 2015, prioritising on the South African Market.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have experience in dealing with high net worth individuals and selling an investment opportunity. Ideally you should have a property or real estate background, however individuals with a background in financial services or other related fields will also be considered. You should have a demonstrated ability in developing sales strategy and relationships as well as pitching and closing deals of high value. It is essential you have exceptional communication skills and an existing portfolio of contacts in the South African market.
