Our client is a leader Packaging Systems company and has been established in the Middle East and North Africa with a mission to provide complete solutions to the processing and packaging industries within the follow segments We are able to support you in the following industries:

• Beverage and Dairy

• Food and Confectionery
• Pharmaceuticals
• Raw material and Ingredients
• Protein Food

Due to expansion of business in Saudi Arabia we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with knowledge of the F&B and Raw Materials industry to service the biggest market in the Middle East.

Job Purpose

• Responsible for complete Raw Material and Ingredients Division of Saudi Arabia region
• Expand portfolio of Raw Materials and Ingredients Division with new products

Scope of Tasks

• Responsible for Saudi Arabia sales activities with the respective Regional Director, Country Manager, raw materials & logistics team and principals & suppliers
• Acts as technical and commercial team leader to all Country/Sales Managers
• Coordinates the sales activities with principals & suppliers
• Coordinates/provides operative support to local offices for the Raw Material and Ingredients Division
• Acts as conflict resolver/interface for all segments
• Ensures compliance with contractual obligations

Scope of Responsibilities

• Meeting the Saudi Arabia territory sales targets for raw materials; identification and implementation of actions to address deviations from planned targets
• Marketing and following up sales activities of Saudi Arabia with the respective Regional Director, Country Manager and raw materials & logistics team
• Setting up project priorities and organizing regular visits in Saudi Arabia with the principal representatives, respective Regional Director and Country Manager
• Regularly visit existing and potential customers, to sell raw materials and to note any requests related to running material
• Understand and react to changing market trends in order to assure a competitive advantage. Also monitor and report to the management on competitive products and industry trends
• Maintaining an excellent relationship with the Raw Material principals & suppliers
• Ensure CRM & raw materials database for the respective area is properly updated
• Beware of the financial situation of customers and monitor customer’s payments to ensure all dues to principals and/or IPS are settled on time

Requirements

• To be considered for this role you will have experience working in a similar field and region
• Excellent Negotiation skills, relationship management and development, business planning & management.
