The Heart of Europe is looking for dynamic and energetic seasoned sales professionals who feel they have the ability to sell and intelligently consult with a range of high net worth clients in order to advise them on different investment options available on our projects. The role will focus on attracting potential clients in order to maximize sales appointments.
Responsibilities
- Source potential investors and establish/maintain strong working relationships
- Effectively consulting with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the projects in line with their requirements
- Source and develop own leads and opportunities
- Work effectively in converting company assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales
- Making appointments and touring clients to the World Islands
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale
- Coordinate with marketing team and represent the organization in exhibition and promotional activities of properties
- Finalize the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Provide clients with all appropriate information to the sales
- Help to identify new markets and business opportunities
- Follow up on all clients to maximize sales opportunities
- Have the right attitude and be prepared to develop yourself to the best of your ability
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Keep abreast of local zoning laws, financing institutions, residency and commercial procedures and other concerns of the client with regards to the sale of property to ensure smooth sales transactions
- Prepare periodical sales activity reports for management information and decision making
- Ensure that all documentation concerning leads and account activities is correctly logged, stored and made available for reporting on a regular basis
Requirements
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in the Dubai Real Estate Market
- Thorough understanding of the UAE property market
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to network effectively at all levels
- An enthusiastic approach, with a go getter and hands-on attitude
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Flexibility to travel abroad with a team to represent the project at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Excellent written and spoken English, Arabic and other languages will be an added advantage
- Ability to demonstrate successful track record
- Excellent network of investors
- Be able to prioritize and plan tasks well and complete assigned tasks within set deadlines
- Ability to utilize available resources effectively
- Be creative, strong, motivated and energetic
