Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a training provider who has the sole rights to market leading soft skills training packages from the US. With a head office in Cairo and a regional office in Dubai covering the UAE operations, they are working with large multinational corporates and government bodies. Our client has aggressive growth plans and are looking to hire a Sales Manager (Training) to be based in Dubai.
Using the telephone, you will research, network and prospect to identify potential clients and key decision makers. Following through, you will setup new business meetings as well as pitch to HR, L and D or procurement to win tenders for training solutions. In addition you will be accountable for negotiating and acquiring commercially viable agreements to increase the client base and revenue for the company.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a fresh graduate or have one year sales experience. You should have an interest in HR or training and hold a university Degree. It is essential you are confident and proactive. As this is a newly created and independent role you should have a mature outlook and be able to work independently. The ability and willingness to drive along with an access to a vehicle is vital for this role.
Our client has stated a preference for a female candidate with excellent English communication skills. Arabic language and previous experience within the training industry would be advantageous. Sales experience selling a service rather than a product would also be beneficial.
