Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned global organisation who have had a strong presence in the Middle East for over a decade. Due to a team restructure, our client is looking to hire a Sales Specialist (Training).
You will deal with CEO level professionals across the region and identify their company training needs. You will cover the GCC region whilst being based in Dubai, therefore travel will be a requirement of the position. This role will involve converting business enquiries into a solid client base generating revenue. Additionally you will be involved in face to face meetings to carry out needs analysis identifying solutions tailored to their requirements.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Western educated and based in the UAE. You should possess a sophisticated, consultative sales approach together with a track record of servicing clients with a mature attitude to ensure repeat business. Experience in the region and within the industry of in house training is highly beneficial but not essential whilst Arabic language skills will be a distinct advantage.
