Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with the travel division of a large local group who are based in both Dubai and Sharjah. Our client provides premium business and leisure travel solutions in the UAE and is looking to hire a Sales Manager to maintain and grow their client base.
This role will be primarily field based sales, you will cover Dubai and Sharjah but report to the Sharjah office. You will constantly meet with prospective clients to grow and develop business. In addition you will research the market to understand competitors and market trends aiming to become an expert in this field.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree together with UAE experience and a portfolio of clients. You should be a strong communicator with excellent English language skills and proficiency in Microsoft packages. It is essential you have a proven track record in successful sales, ideally within the travel and tourism market. You should be self-motivated and presentable as well as professional and flexible. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked as a Sales Manager within a travel agency. A UAE driving licence and your own transport is a requirement for this position.
