The Role


On behalf of our client, a highly respected, global leader in the TYRE industry, we are recruiting a Sales Manager with extensive experience in the commercial tyre sector.

You will be responsible for managing all sales activities across the region and for developing/ managing distribution channels in the tyre sector. You will implement the brand strategy, drive sales performance and will work closely with the marketing department to set price levels and will also monitor/report market trends.

You must have a strong knowledge of distributor management and a thorough knowledge of the tyre industry across the Middle East region. You will achieve the budget in terms of growth and profitability and will monitor each distributor’s sales progress.

The successful applicant will be a graduate Engineer with at least 5 years sales management experience in the Tyre industry and possess a thorough knowledge of distributor channels.

Candidates must have sales experience in the commercial tyre sector.

Excellent sales management and client relationship management skills essential.

You must be dynamic and results driven; Arabic a plus.

This position involves frequent travel within the region.

Only those who have similar experience within a multinational tyre company will be considered.
