Job description / Role
We are looking to hire an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Manager to grow the window blind business by calling on specifiers, residential jobs specifiers including interior designers and lighting designers also on fabricators and distributors to grow the products in their customer base and have them selling the this high-end lighting/ Window System- Roller Shades, Window Rollers Shades, Window Shading Solution for the Emirates.
Be responsible for the promotion and sales of Company’s products within the design world of the middle East and work to identify new fabricators in Dubai, making them fabricators, train them and work with them to grow our sales through these fabricators by making joint calls to call on specifiers, developers and designers within Dubai
Business development with the object to maximize revenue on lightning products in Dubai and business development with the object to maximize revenue on shades products, HWI , HWQS and Grafik eye.
maintain all information/account records and opportunities on Salesforce.com (SFDC)
Requirements
Graduate educated with electrical engineering background
Knowledge of the window coverings industry and residential business in Middle East
Must have existing relationships within the local industry
3 to 5 years sales experience in the lighting/shading industry
The ability to plan and steer meetings to a positive conclusion by using strong closing techniques
Able to bring an existing customer base preferably from the commercial sector
Good communication and presentation skills
Computer literate and familiar with CRM’s
English + Arabic
