Sales Manager - Wood & Joinery

Job description / Role

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Achieve the agreed sales targets.
- Develop the Companys annual sales forecast in cooperation with the Division Head or GM.
- To oversee market research and other applicable studies to assess market potential and identify potential business opportunities.
- To effectively market the Company, products and services.
- Direct supervision on the sales and marketing staff and ensure the efficient management of the sales offers and contracts.
- Overall responsibility in the process of collecting and analysing of competitive data for strategic planning purposes.
- Assist in developing the Companys strategic business plans and department budget preparation.
- Establish the company brand as the leader and best in class manufacturing company.
- Assist in the promotion and advertising campaigns of the company, issuing the quality and attractive company brochures, updating the company profile,.. etc.
- Overall responsibility in preparing the weekly/monthly department reports.
- Identify and arrange for staff training and to conduct the staff performance appraisal.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- 5-10 years experience in engineering products, preferably in timber joinery products.
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales position.
- Joinery and wooden manufacturing knowledge
- Construction industry procedures and requirements knowledge
- Sound financial and commercial knowledge
-UAE Driving license must.
