Job description / Role
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and leading Tactical Lead generating activities.
- Sells Business Setup Packages with key SME clients and corporate prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains and builds relationships with key Stakeholders including 5 Star Hotels, Embassies, Trade Commissioners etc getting them to recommend On Time Business Setup services for leads and new opportunities.
- Identifies Sales improvements or new services and products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- To cold call as appropriate within your geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Targeting and gaining new business and to gain comprehensive knowledge of the business, within a wide geographical area including International Scope.
- To ensure efficient and effective operating standards for sales administration, planning and reporting systems.
- Track progress against targets on an ongoing basis and take necessary action with Manager to refocus efforts if targets are not being met.
- To submit weekly work in progress reports and ensure data is accurate for real time reporting.
- To utilize the On Time CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System to maximize opportunities
