Sales Manager for Facility Management – MEP Maintenance – AF Engineering – Abu Dhabi

* Providing year-round maintenance service for customers under AMC
* Acting as a one-point contact for selected customers to address their service needs
* Planning and organize maintenance teams structure as per divisional and job req
* Addressing system breakdowns using full technical knowledge
* Introducing AMC services to prospective new clients
* Satisfying the customer's immediate needs in terms of prompt and accurate response
* Monitoring the cause of any recurrence of breakdown calls by the same client
* Identifying cost-control tactics to check maintenance expenses
* Supporting the team in all day to day operational requirements
* Ensuring timely completion of all contractual obligations as per respective SLA's
* Maintaining highest standards of communication and customer service culture
* Helping the team in maintaining highest HSE standards and practices

Requirements

To be successful in winning this role, the following are the prerequisites:

* Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
* 5 -7 years of experience from a HVAC/FM company maintenance from Equipment manufacturing companies in India & Middle East
* Must possess technical knowledge and experience of managing big MEP maintenance contracts
* Must have experience of daily operations of malls,highrise commercial /residential buildings efficiently
* Must have experience managing a team of service engineers
