Job Purpose:
Represent one of the largest group within Abu Dhabi government by playing a vital role in the growth and development of the most growing companies in the region by delivering on set sales objectives.
• Be customer focused in providing value based training solutions to partners and customers within the MENA region
• Represent the company with key partners and prospective partners
• Provide support for department head as required to assist in the fulfillment of their role

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the company sales strategy development and be fully aware of the competitive marketplace place with regards to vocational training available in the MENA region
• Ensure all sales activity, planning and execution is at the highest levels
• Ensure that sales objectives set by Sales Director are achieved
• Achieve sales targets by the Sales Director
• Provide market place feedback
• Develop account management processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness are optimized
• Contribute to pricing strategy for courses on offer
• Feedback to Curriculum Director on courses offered/taken based on marketplace/partner feedback to ensure best selection in the marketplace.
• Ensure as a member of the sales team, be fully aware of all courses being offered and can speak confidently about them and the benefits they offer.
• Ensure that as part of the sales team you operate and promote a culture of best practice in all you do.
• Fully understand the regional market, the customers/ partners you are assigned and ensure we offer the best proposition in the marketplace under the direction and consultation with the sales director

Requirements


Requirements


• Minimum 5 years Sales experience in blue chip FMCG or services Organizations.
• B2B experience also highly desirable
• Successful sales record of achievement
• Experience in cross border regional selling
• Strong presentation skills and organization skills
• Must be fluent in Arabic (written and spoken)
• Experience in managing key accounts in territory and at regional level
• Experience in selling in the MENA region
• Recognized business studies qualification
