The Role


The Role

A large Engineering Products company based in Abu Dhabi are currently seeking a Sales Manager to carry out the following duties and responsibilities -

- Lead, organise and motivate the sales team towards organisational goals and targets.
- Implement, maintain and develop company’s policies and procedures.
- Assign sales territories, set goals and establish training programs for the sales team to ensure maximum market shares.
- Plan and execute a sales program.
- Plan and execute a system controls.
- New market identification and development, expanding current market both in distribution channels and geographically.

Requirements

The selected candidate will possess the following skills and key attributes -

- General knowledge of construction and/or building finishing products
- Ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Proactive and creative sales approach.
- Team player leadership skills.
- BBA in Marketing and Sales or BS in Engineering/Architecture.
- MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the sales field with 5 years in top management.
- Fluent in English.
