Sales Manager - Qatar

We are seeking a Sales Manager for LaFarge, a leader in the building materials industry, to be based in Qatar. As the Sales Manager you would be required to ensure maximum utilization of the ready-mix plants by delivering the best match quality / product delivered face to customer needs.

Your key responsibilities will be to manage sales approach, develop customer & product mix and ensure that the sales, marketing & safety policies are in line with all internal processes. You would be required to make regular customer-visits and improve the profitability of your portfolio over time.

Requirements

- Between 8-10 years experience in Ready-mix/ Cement (preferably), with at least 5 years in managerial role
- Sound Communication, Leadership, Teamwork competencies & Negotiation skills
- Hard working and able to work in a high pressured environment
- Computer skills: Excel, Word, Readysoft. Thorough knowledge of VAP
- Thorough knowledge of concrete & sales tools and concrete standards (preferred)
- Arabic language skills (preferred)
