The RoleThe RoleThe main purpose of the Sales Manage is to increase the company’s market share and create brand awareness. This will involve managing and developing sales activities through opening new sales channels in order to increase sales volume as well as profitability. Duties and responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to; - Prepare budgets, sales plans, target and incentive schemes for sales team. - Prepare a monthly action plan to achieve the objectives. - Visit current / potential key clients to develop and maintain business relationships and to promote company and products awareness and profitable business relationships. - Monitor the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and / or exceeding sales targets. - Guide the Sales Team to Open new / potential channels of the local market for our products & increase sales. - Follow up the prices of spare parts market and provide Feedback management regarding the market trends and potential. - Responsible to cascade price list, product information for respective channels, to complete the sales cycle effectively. - Manage and follow up on the sales team visits and delivery of parts to customer. - Supervise and evaluate the sales team performance in order to achieve the target. - Classify and distribute the targets on the Sales Executive. - Performs other duties as assigned. |
RequirementsRequirementsSuccessful candidates should have the following requirements; - Bachelor Degree - 8+ years’ experience in similar field - GCC experience - Experience within the Automotive and Heavy Machinery Supply industry - Good knowledge of English required. |
