Position : Sales Manager

Salary: 6,000 AED plus Commission

Our Clients are a UAE based consultancy providing support to international clients for short and long term projects. They address three primary markets: Oil & Gas, Maritime and Information Technology Services.
Their client base mainly consists of international agencies, service delivery organisations, Oil & Gas companies, Maritime Ship management companies, Ship owners and agencies.

Their Headquarters are in Dubai (UAE), where they support international consultants and mariners across the globe. All staff are employed in the UAE, regardless of where they are contracted to work internationally.
They provide consultants for short, medium and long term projects across all three sectors both directly and via partner agencies. True to their founding principles, they have maintained the spearhead of intimate partnerships based on strong trust, transparency and quality of service.

Due to their continued success they are currently recruiting for the position of Sales Manager.

The successful candidate will focus on just selling Employee Management Services to Oil and Gas Consultants

Requirements

This is not a cold calling position. Leads are generated from a number of sources:

The candidate will be able to develop new business by following up leads from responses to marketing campaigns by consultants, referrals, introductions or partner agencies,whilst ensuring that they maintain the communication and relationship with the Consultant through all stages of the sales cycle.

The Consultants will be presently working on Oil Rigs – mostly in the UK, convincing them to sign up with the agency so as they can avail of the benefits of transferring to work in the UAE with a no tax environment, but will provide a % of their salary for the cost of service. (like temping).

The ideal candidate must be an excellent relationship builder with great persuasive powers.
A self motivated, analytical, go getter individual with proven experience in sales.
A competitive nature, drive, ambition and resourcefulness.
Will need to have an understanding of the tax legislation.

Familiar with software tools like CRM Instant Messaging, Skype, LinkedIn etc. is essential
