Job description / Role
A Dubai based Real Estate Company is looking to hire the right Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead sales through personal effort and that of his own sales team.
25k + AED Basic per month + commissions
Job Description:
1) The Sales Manager will set up the business from A to Z by developing their own strategy and designing the business plan with the different elements to achieve profitability. This will include but not limited to:
a. Creating on line and off line marketing strategy to generate leads, (attracting customers)
b. Putting in place a plan to convert leads, (Sales funnel management)
c. Designing a customer service experience to maximize the “Sales through service” element.
They will monitor the on line marketing plan and its implementation.
2) Lead team performance:
a. They will set the right example by participating in selling efforts
b. They will set, monitor and drive activities (sales KPI’s) to achieve sales targets in a healthy motivating environment for both brokers and own sales team.
c. They will manage communication and share best practices among network and own sales team members.
3) Develop team performance- hold people accountable for performance.
Requirements
Solid knowledge of the real estate market (it would be beneficial for the candidate to be familiar with the market before and after the crash in 2008).
Having several contacts in the market is also a huge advantage.
