Job description / Role
Currently hiring for a Sales Manager with experience in the beverage markets to be based in Dubai. You will be responsible for :
• To beat the competition by delivering excellent business performance in terms of net sales value, OP, visibility and share.
• Develop and implement a range of customer activities, consumer promotions, brand and retail initiatives aligned with the brand and marketing strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, both at the account and store level to drive growth and customer profits.
• Agree key metrics, sales drivers and activities with customers including promotional activity, share of space, in store distribution and visibility of the brand.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
1. Minimum of 8 years work experience in a Sales Manager or Account Manager role.
2. Must have MENA work experience. Ideally already based in Dubai or the GCC.
3. Must have knowledge of working with beverages.
4. Any experience in travel retail, such as duty free, would be a plus.
5. Arabic language is a plus but not essential.
6. Accepting a salary between 15,000 - 18,000 AED per month (dependant on experience) + EXCELLENT benefit package.
