Sales Manager

Job description / Role

The Sales Manager directs and manages marketing strategy and Sales policy of the company. Contribute to the growth of the company by acquiring more customers, maintaining existing customer, leadership against competitors, close contact and relationship with existing account/customers and offering Techno-Commercial services, monitors and controls credit policy and achieves customer account profitability. He is also responsible for the performance of his team helping them use their full potential.

Candidates who do not have relevant experience in manufacturing (corrugated box production),please do not apply.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE /COMPETENCIES:

- Must be a college Graduate, preferably in the field of Business Management, Behavioral Science or any other related courses.
- At least 10 years extensive experience in Sales & Marketing in manufacturing, preferably in corrugated box production
- Excellent track record of achievements in various aspects of sales and marketing with solid business acumen
- Capacity to analyze and understand the external environment especially industry, economic, competition and customers.
- Ability to hire, develop and motivate his team for high productivity and performance with effective leadership and management
- Effective inter-personal relationship skills with ability to have excellent inter-departmental cooperation and coordination
- Adaptability to the changing and challenging business environment and willingness to accept and implement new ideas.
