Sales Manager - Dubai

Requirements
All candidates must have a minimum of 5 years estate agency sales experience, a minimum of 2 years managerial experience and will have sold properties from a broad price range. You must be a very driven and motivated individual and you will need to demonstrate a very high calibre of experience in order to be considered for this role!
Essential Skills and Experience required:
- 5 years Real Estate experience
- 2 years managerial experience
- Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships
- Valuation experience
- Excellent management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- You must have a full, clean driving licence
- Motivation of staff
- Deal Closer
- Excellent presentation skills
- Well presented
