The Sales Manager- BUSINESS SERVICES is responsible for growing and maintaining relationships between the company and its largest and most strategic Professional Services BPO clients. The incumbent will organize, lead and execute balanced sales growth largely within a major existing strategic account. He/She will be focused on profitable business growth while maintaining and improving customer satisfaction and having a long term multi-year perspective on account management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for pursuit of sales within existing enterprise Professional Services client account(s). This role will encompass:
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Grow and maintain relationships with our largest Client(s)
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and companys practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met
- Engage Service marketing and solutions expertise to refine service offerings for specific market segments
- Cross-sell and collaborate on multi-tower opportunities
- Recommend and initiate enhancements to the sales and marketing operation.
- Establish goals, analyze growth and provide accurate, complete and timely submission of required progress reports, forecasts, quotations, budgets and rates.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Professional Services BPO Sales and relationship management processes.
- Should maintain detailed knowledge of services, solutions and offerings certainly within Professional Services, but also basic understanding of BPO solutions and will help guide the client in major application and business decisions.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

This position requires strong leadership experience, pursuit, self-motivation, and excellent presentation skills.

Requirements

- Consultative seller who develops deep relationships and adds value to the client's business over the long term.
- Strong understanding and experience in BPO solutions selling.
- Team player who can partner with delivery organizations for added value.
- Aggressive seller who is able to connect with CEO's and other C-suite executives as well as key line of business contacts.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5-10 years of proven experience with large scale Professional Services client Sales & account management.
- Skilled in account strategy, account planning, relationship strategy.
- Possess deep industry expertise in the professional services industry.
- Experience working closely with service delivery counterparts.
- Proven track record of significantly growing existing accounts.
- Proven track record of attaining and exceeding quotas.
- Previous experience calling on professional services companies required.
- Previous experience working in a professional services firm is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills required.
- Ability to dig deep into a large account to uncover new opportunities
- Possess excellent oral and written communications, including the ability to effectively
- Present information to top management, executives and clients (internally and externally) required.
- Strong self-motivation, proactive and desire for success are required.

Salary budgetL 15-18k AED pm
