Job description / Role
Our client, a leading organisation in the UAE, is currently looking for a Sales Manager for their growing team in Dubai.
The key responsibilities for this role are to generate new sales leads by exploring as many avenues as possible, identify alternative sales methods and marketing channels as deemed necessary, send emails to customer database informing of the latest offers and pricing and manage customer enquiries.
Also, you are expected to contribute with energy and commitment to achieving sales targets, consistently working to close sales and support the team in achieving sales goals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role must have a real estate sales background with a proven track record of consistently delivering sales. You will need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Understanding of the tenancy law in the UAE is highly desirable.
