The RoleThe RoleMajor Responsibilities: • Set short and medium term sales plans • Manage, coach and develop sales forces • Assess market needs in terms of all agricultural products: pesticides, seeds, etc... • Prepare market studies • Insure that sales and collection targets are achieved • Suggest selling prices to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager • Follow up with clients on deal closure and implementation. |
RequirementsRequirementsEducation: Business Marketing or Agronomy Computer Skills: MS Office, Outlook Winning Attitudes: Dynamic, ready to travel within Iraq (including Baghdad), Business oriented, strong personality, affirmative person, team builder, good negotiation and communication skills. Candidates must be proficient in English and Arabic. |
