Sales Manager

Job description / Role

- To manage, organize and monitor sales team and company sales for Aluminium and Glazing Works to accomplish sales objectives.
- To plan, develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Train and assist sales team to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- To assume responsibility and accountability of finalizing profitable projects.

Requirements

Education:
- B.Sc. Civil or Architectural Engineering
- Sound knowledge and proficiency in Auto Cad, MS project or Prima Vera and all related computer software.

Desired Skills:
- Well versed in all aspects of Aluminium and Glazing works.
- Highly motivated and a good team player.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English Language.
- Good management skills.

Experience:
- More than 06 years of experience in the same field.

Salary Package:
- The company offers attractive employment package depending on the position scope of responsibility, education and experience.

Joining Date:
- On or before April 2012.
