The RoleThe RoleOur client is one of the leading software solution companies within the GCC. Headquartered in the Kingdom of Bahrain, they were established to provide the Gulf region with the highest level of expertise and customer service in the installation and support of Microsoft Dynamics Business Systems. Through their development and reputation, the organisation has developed strong partnerships with some of the most recognized players in the world – including the likes of Microsoft. Due to some exciting expansion plans, our client is currently recruiting a Sales Manager to work with the CEO. This will play a pivotal role in the continued success and development of their operations both on a domestic and regional scale. Responsibilities •Research and target new clients in order to sell the software and increase the customer base. •Identify new areas of growth for the business to operate in and become the Number 1 player in their industry. •Support the CEO with the sales and business development activities. •Be given the opportunity to grow and lead a team of passionate and dynamic sales executives |
RequirementsRequirements•The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors or Diploma from a reputable university. •Must carry a minimum of 5 years experience in sales, with 2 -3 years experience within the IT and Software Solutions industry. •You will need to posses excellent written and communication skills with a strong work ethic. •Must carry ability to present at board level and posses strong networking skills. •Will have experience of the Software Solutions / IT sector.
