Employment: Full Time

This opportunity is with a large Building Materials Company in the Middle East with a strong presence across the Gulf.

As a Sales Manager, you would be responsible to lead a sales & marketing function, to ensure profit and business growth performance. You would be responsible for the Sales department, assuming full responsibility for meeting annual sales & contribution targets. Additionally, he would be responsible for leading the commercial sales function and setting objectives for the sales team.

In this position you would report to the General Manager and you would lead a team of four Sales Representatives.

Requirements

- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing.
- Ideally possess 8-10 years sales experience, of which 5 years should be in a managerial position.
- Come from a Construction / Building Materials background.
- Have experience in developing marketing & sales strategies.
- Managed diverse teams, determined with strategic acumen.
