Sales Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is a market leader in the sales and rental of power generation equipment. With a global network of offices and a strong presence in the Middle East, our client is now looking for a dedicated Sales Manager for their Qatar operation.

Based in Qatar, and reporting to the Qatar Country Manager, you will have a dual responsibility focusing on the sales of generators along with promoting the rental of power generators. Additional responsibilities will include:
- Heavily participating in defining the strategies for both the rental and sales divisions
- Developing revenue by forming and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Conducting market analysis to identify potential project opportunities
- Closely working with the marketing function to ensure the company receives the right level of exposure
- Participating in fairs, trade shows and exhibitions
- Collecting payments from clients

Requirements

- Western educated to degree level
- Extensive technical knowledge of generators
- Experience within the sales and rental of power generators
- Excellent English language skills
- Willing and able to travel
