Sales Manager

Job description / Role

A multinational business and leading brand name in the region is looking for a Sales Manager to work in Qatar.

You will be charged with growing the business strategically while managing the operations of the business. The successful Sales Manager will have previously worked in a similar role and be ready to take the step up to look after the exciting territory that is Qatar.

This role looks after the entire portfolio of products across all categories.

This a crucial strategic role for the business and as such only the highest calibre of candidates should apply. The role will involve travel to the UAE HQ, but be based in Qatar.

Requirements

- MUST have 6-10 years FMCG sales experience
- MUST be based in Qatar or be able to live in Qatar considering Visa restrictions
- MUST be Arabic speaking with exceptional English communication skills
- Experience working with a multinational company and understanding of how a multi-stake holder business works
- Distributor management skills and experience
- Traditional & Modern Trade experience
- Sales rep / van sales operation experience
- Managerial experience (min 3 years)

A confident, dynamic and hardworking individual that wants to succeed. Must be an excellent communicator with experience working with a multi-stake holder business model. A team player with good leadership skills and ability to take a decision.

Candidates from distributors will be considered.

The candidate can be currently located in Qatar or elsewhere but MUST be an Arabic speaker and be a passport holder able to work in Qatar. Candidates without the qualifications will not be contacted about the role and are encouraged not to apply.
