Sales Manager

Job description / Role

• Develop sales strategy and marketing plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability
• Stimulate, coaches the salesmen and internal sales organization.
• Responsible for product documentation.
• Responsible to develop a customer oriented organization.
• Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Achieve the P&L and budgeted targets
• Responsible for key account sales in KSA and build good relations
• Maximize sales efficiency and productivity
• Reporting to MD

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management in KSA.
• Bachelor’s Degree Architecture/Civil Engineering
• Proven record of successful market share development and improved sales performance.
• Experience in client and supplier relationship management.
• Strong understanding of client and market dynamics and requirements.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
• Fluent in English & Arabic (both verbal and written)
