Employment: Full Time

Our client, a renowned Health and Medical company is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to be based in Riyadh-Saudi Arabia.

Based in Riyadh, the Sales Manager's goal is to achieve the Revenue Sales target for the Company of around 5M USD/year. The Sales team includes 3 Sales representatives covering the country and Product Knowledge. The position reports to the General Manager.

Key responsibilities:
- Understand the Saudi Arabia Market, identify the Opportunities
- Manage the team effectively to ensure maximum efficiency in Sales Activities. Planning, Visits, and Reporting.
- Be an effective coach in Modern Selling skills by visiting customers with the team on a regular base.
- Take ownership of key customers and Opinion leaders.
- Asses and raises technical knowledge across the team.

Requirements

- Significant Sales experience in Research either Capital equipment or Consumable
- Comfortable enough with the technology to handle sales calls directly if needed
- Used to western standard work environment, processes and reporting either worked directly or closely for a western commercial organization.
- Delivers accurate forecast and reports
- 3 years minimum experience in coaching and managing a team.

- CRM (Sales Force Com) is the company commercial tool
- Be an effective coach in modern selling skills by visiting customers with the team on a regular base,
