Job description / Role
The Sales Manager will be in charge of developing the Saudi Arabia market by managing the sales team, closing deals with distributors and retailers. He will use his management skills to quickly build sales throughout the Saudi market.
- Re-positioning the company business in the market
- Restructuring the sales strategy of the company to match with the International business criteria
- Management of existing accounts and increasing sales with additional products or increase volume.
- Grow sales and profit with existing accounts according to budget
- Develop and manage the sales team
- Preparing the annual sales budget for the company
- Prepare forecasts and operational objectives by account and category
- Plan and coordinate orders to new and existing customers
- Participate in designing marketing materials to boost sales in accordance with the Marketing Department
- Manage customers stock levels
- Maintain and proper reporting to corporate
- Coordinate promotional events
Requirements
The ideal profile for this career opportunity is a strong and experienced sales manager with previous experience in Tableware, Dinnerware, Chinaware, Glassware, or with strong experience in an international companies in foodstuff distributions and soft drink distributions.
- 3-5 years experience
- Bachelor degree in marketing or MBA marketing
- Previous experience with international companies
