Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

You manage, promote and sell woven and non-woven geotextiles in the entire Saudi market and maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.

You establish and manage effective programs to coach, train and lobby with clients, consultants and government bodies.

Requirements

- Perform sales and lobby activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with the sales director.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual, quarterly and monthly sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Cooperate - as a team player- with colleagues on a daily basis and assist and motivate his colleagues.
- Review progress of sales roles throughout the company.
- Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
- Gather market data and has an eye for business opportunities and trends.
- Follow agreed sales policies, practices and procedures in an ethical way.
- Collaborate with the sales director to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
- Interpret short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
- Educate colleagues in the sales team, distributors and customers by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth.
- Enjoy to give presentations and road shows to clients, consultants and authorities
- Collaborate with the sales director to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
- Review expenses and recommends economies.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
