Job description / Role
KSA Sales Manager
AED 15,000 - 20,000 per month + benefits
Primary Responsibilities
* Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities
* Develop and implement sales plans
* Collaborate with sales leadership team to define overall sales strategy and to develop products and solutions responsive to the customer's business
* Select, develop and coach a professional sales team (if required)
* Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business within the assigned tasks

* Excellent consultative selling and negotiations skills
* Business development and rapport building skills
* Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy
* Acceptable level of financial and business acumen
* Staff consulting and relationship building skills
* Ability to use technology and analysis tools for sales
* Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers
Requirements
* Working knowledge of sales in the packaging industry especially hands on experience in folded carton field
* 8 to 10 years of sales management experience for global, national, or business-to-business and corporate sales in Saudi Market
* Excellent written and verbal communication and well versed with report writing
* An MBA or Bachelor's degree in sales, business, marketing, economics or related field is preferred
* Arabic language is beneficial
