Sales Manager - KSA
Working for a well established packaging company, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the Kingdom.
Primary responsibilities
- Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities
- Develop and implement a sales plan
- Collaborate with sales leadership team to define overall sales strategy, and to develop products and solutions responsive to the customer's business
- Select, develop and coach a professional sales team (if required)
- Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business with the assigned tasks
Requirements
- Working knowledge of sales in the packaging industry especially hands on experience in folded carton field
- 8-10 years of sales management experience for global, national or business-to-business and corporate sales in the KSA market
- Excellent written and verbal communication and well versed with report writing
- Degree qualified in relevant field
- Arabic speaking
- Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Business development and rapport building skills
- Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy
- Acceptable level of financial and business acumen
- Staff consulting and relationship building skills
- Ability to use technology and analysis tools for sales
- Executive presence to influence senior decision makers
