Sales Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the team based in Sharjah covering Dubai & Abu Dhabi location

Salary 10-15,000 AED + monthly Commission

Responsible for the following:

Managing a team of 4 people.
Experienced sales manager cover locations of Sharjah, Dubai & Abu Dhabi
Business analysis of the department - including implementation
Building solid working relationships with existing clients and new business
Deliver strong sales strategies, approved by management and turn approved strategies to clear and strong operational Sales action plans.
Develop sales policies and procedures and get them approved by the management.
New products suggestions according to market demands.
Proper development plans for all BD, M&S teams.
Manage sales team to ensure better sales results and high KPI's
Create database for sales knowledge to be accessed and shared by the team.
Team meetings, new sales tactics, and results orientation, involvement in the recruitment of sales team including int

- Male Requested
- Based in Sharjah and covering Sharjah, Dubai & Abu Dhabi region
- Working 6 days per week
- Excellent English communications skills
- Experienced in UAE sales and proven track record
- Team Management experience
