Job description / Role
An exceptional and exciting Sales Manager role has recently opened within a highly successful, multinational FMCG business. This role will be based in Dubai, UAE.
The Sales Manager will handle the following duties:
* Drive the achievement of all sales target
* Contribute to the overall growth of the assigned division in line with the growth of the business as a whole
* Manage the Sales team, track and define individual sales targets
* Oversee the management of all distribution channels and end-users
* Ensure that all sales reports and forecasts are of the highest quality standard
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:
* Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering
* At least 5+ years of experience in Sales within the FMCG industry
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Must be fluent in Arabic and English
* Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
* Highly motivated and proactive
* Flexible to travel within the UAE and willing to work with flexible hours
