For over a decade, our Client has been at the forefront of the Middle Easts luxury real estate market. With an enduring passion for design and quality, the company has built a reputation for creating some of the most iconic and desirable properties in the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Jordan and Lebanon.

Established in 2002, they have delivered almost 11,000 units to date and has a development portfolio of over 26,000 units at various stages of progress and planning as of Jun 2014.

A global leader in branded real estate, developing over US$1 billion hotel and luxury serviced residences in the Burj area of Dubai, which will comprise the first Paramount Hotel & Serviced Residences in the region. This includes mansions, villas, luxurious apartments and a retail centre all over Middle East country.

Due to their expanding portfolio of clients they are now seeking an experienced Property Consultant to join their team, who will be reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for operating and maintaining real estate properties with the goal of maximizing income and profits.
* Supervise real estate sales agents, perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
* Team Management of 9-12 Employees.
* Motivate Lead the sales team to achieve stretch targets.
* Perform duties to a high professional and ethical standard.
* Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
* Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conducted sales meeting.
* Resolve disputes among sales people.
* Perform administrative duties and issue supplies or equipment when needed.
* Assist the organization gain a better market share by identifying, recommending and implementing improved selling and marketing strategies.
* Report on sales activities to top management.
* Participate in key result area and key performance indicator review processes to establish areas for improvement.
* Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards.

Requirements

Requirements:
* Business Administration or equivalent.
* Communication Skills.
* Fluent in English written and spoken.
* Friendly and pleasant Personality.
* Excellent negotiator.
* Should have up to date working knowledge of the Middle East as Direct Sales.
* Must be a dynamic Sales Professional with strong interpersonal skills as well as an energetic and enthusiastic team play.
* Good presentation and communication skills are a must.
* Proficiency to have another language is a plus.
* Valid UAE driving license and own car is a plus.
* To take the Initiative in solving problems and address difficulties to the relevant department.
* Sets goals and strives to achieve them with enthusiasm and determination.
* Has a good understanding of the business environment and the impact their behavior has on the reputation of the company.
* Treats colleagues and clients in a manner which demonstrates integrity, honesty and fairness.
