Job description / Role
A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join a well established and highly successful Events and Exhibition business based in Dubai.
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Selling new and existing exhibitions to achieve strategic and financial targets.
* Providing leadership and training to the Sales team.
* Producing new sales initiatives for maximum client retained and acquired.
* Effective target setting, tracking and delivery across all sales bands.
* Implementing key account strategy and programme.
To qualify for the Sales Manager role, you must have the following skills and experience:
Requirements
* A minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in the exhibitions industry and the ability to remain updated on the latest industry market knowledge.
* Degree in Business and/or Sales Management or related disciplines.
* Ability to drive team.
* Accountability and ownership.
* Resourceful and creative.
* Strong Sales negotiations skills.
