Sales Manager

Job description / Role

Client is a multi-national equipment supplier to the Oil & Gas Industry. They manufacture and supply specialist oilfield equipment to various end users across the globe.

The Sales Manager will be focusing on driving sales of the client's specialist products for workover units in the Middle East:
- Actively sell flagship Products to meet agreed sales plan/target.
- Identify new customers & capitalize on existing network of customers.
- Generate Enquiries.
- Increase the market and territory coverage.
- Conduct customer/service visits on a regular basis to ensure repeat business.
- Provide our customers with some level of technical consulting.
- Recommend technical solutions for our customers.
- Establish a high presence in both Eastern and Western hemispheres.
- Put together feasibility studies for new sales projects/plans whenever required.
- Assist in generating quotes/proposals when necessary.
- Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time.

Requirements

- 10 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years selling oil and gas equipment in the Middle East
- Understanding of manufacturing/fabrication/production companies
- Knowledge of hydraulic drill equipments or workover units
- A strong sales drive, with excellent selling and negotiating skills
- Valid UAE Driver's License
- Preferably degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
