The Role


The Role

Our client is one of the region's leading construction services providers, with operations throughout the Middle East. Due to their on-going success, they are now looking to expand their winning team, and are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue generation in Abu Dhabi.

Job Objective:

* Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in Abu Dhabi
* Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in Abu Dhabi that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
* Directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
* Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team, contributing to the development of training and educational programs for Account Executives.

Requirements


Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

* A minimum of 2 years' relevant sales management experience
* Experience of selling a product or service to the construction/engineering/property development industries in the UAE
* The ability to influence key decision makers
* Professional manner, with drive and ambition
* An industry related degree (e.g. mechanics, mechanical engineering, civil engineering etc) - preferred but not essential.

Western candidates will be looked upon favourably, as will those already located in Abu Dhabi (although Dubai based candidates will still be considered).
