Sales Manager - UK

Our client is looking for a very motivated Sales Manager to join their highly successful office in the UK. This opportunity comes with an excellent package and bonus scheme as well as full training and career path for progression!

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and increasing productivity
- Motivate the team
- Developing the team through their career path
- Coach and support the team on sales and achieving targets set
- Performance appraisals

Requirements

All candidates must have a minimum of 5 years estate agency sales experience, a minimum of 2 years managerial experience and will have sold properties from a broad price range. You must be a very driven and motivated individual and you will need to demonstrate a very high calibre of experience in order to be considered for this role!

- 5 years Real Estate experience
- 2 years managerial experience
- Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships
- Valuation experience
- Excellent management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- You must have a full, clean driving licence
- Motivation of staff
- Deal Closer
- Excellent presentation skills
- Well presented
