Employment: Full Time

For a reputable and very fast growing real estate development company based in Bahrain we are currently recruiting a dynamic Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager to join their team.

We are looking for an energetic team player who is able to manage, coordinate and motivate the sales and marketing functions in order to achieve the required sales targets.

Part of his/her tasks willl be:
- Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions and to facilitate integration with other departments
- Market research about both the competitors and potential opportunities and customers and advise the real estate development team accordingly
- Administration of sales realease cycle and methodology, optimizing product take-up rates and pricing
- Marketing and Communication material planning and development
- Procure and Manage external sales and marketing agencies
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results

Requirements

We are looking ideally for an Arabic speaker with at least 6 years experience in a similar Marketing position (out of which at least 3 in the GCC) and good knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and meeting revenue expectations.

He/she should have a Bachelor Degree in a Business related field, ideally Commercial Property, Real Estate Marketing or Investments.

He/she should be able to work under tight time pressure, possess a high computer literacy along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
