Sales & Marketing Director for Major Food manufacturer, Retailer and Distributor – Riyadh

One of the largest and fastest growing companies in its field is looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing. Reporting to the board this role would be responsible for Restructuring and Re building the entire Sales and Marketing divisions of the company with the aim of making it in line with the highest standards. The mid-term goals of this role is to build a well established department that will help shape the direction of the growth of the company and ultimately take the brand to the next level.

Requirements

The ideal candidate would come from a leading international (or Major regional) Retailing, manufacturing and distribution business and must have FMCG experience.

You must be able to demonstrate your ability to build and lead both Sales and Marketing teams at the highest level

A working knowledge of KSA is a strong ideal but candidates do not have to have lived there before

Arabic speaking is an Ideal but not a must
